  11.                    PowerVision BECOMES REALITY  
  12.  
  13.   After two years in development, we are proud, happy, and excited to
  14. usher each of you into the 21st Century with the announcement that
  15. PowerVision is real.
  16.  
  17.   Most of you are aware that PowerVision software was sent to our
  18. subscribers in April when our Beta Test began. Our Subscribers have
  19. watched PowerVision take shape on-line and have been instrumental
  20. in helping to guide us through our infancy.

  23.                        Where Are We Today?
  24.  
  25. -->  Local phone numbers via BT Tymnet will be activated within the
  26.      next week.
  27.  
  28. -->  On-line ordering wil be activated and major services including
  29.      NPP's, EFM and Picture Perfect Personals and Properties will be
  30.      on-line by June 30.

  32. -->  Checks will be cashed and charge cards billed for software fees
  33.      during the second week of June.
  34.  
  35. -->  Commission checks will be mailed June 15.
  36.  
  37. -->  Within the next week, one or more on-line updates of your soft-
  38.      ware will occur when you log on to PowerVision. After connecting
  39.      you will receive a message telling you of the update. Probably,
  40.      you will not have to do anything but wait for the update to be
  41.      completed. If any action is required by you, there will be a 
  42.      simple instruction message. When the update is complete, you will
  43.      receive a message telling you that the update was successful. If
  44.      you do not receive this message, please call customer service.
  45.  
  46. -->  One of these updates will allow you to begin using the local
  47.      access numbers. The message at the end of the update will inform
  48.      you that the numbers are now available. After this update, con-
  49.      tinue to use the 546-5220 number for access if it is not a long
  50.      distance call. If you will be using one of the other local access
  51.      numbers, disconnect and go to your set-up screen. Change the PH #
  52.      to your local number listed in the directory that came with the
  53.      software. Change CONNECT MEANS to DIAL BT TYMNET. Hit F10 to save
  54.      and then press CONNECT.

  56. -->  The official start date for PowerVision is July 1.

  58. -->  The "free month" (2 hours) of PowerVision for pre-launch sub-
  59.      scribers will begin July 1. All access time in July beyond the
  60.      two free hours will be billed at $.09 per minute.

  62. -->  New terminal software including all the enhancements will be 
  63.      mailed to all subscribers before July 1.

  66.                   PowerVision Embodies the Future
  67.  
  68.    PowerVision is now taking it's first real steps into the world. We
  69. invite all of you to celebrate with us and to get ready for the new
  70. developments that we believe will cause our growth to skyrocket in 
  71. the coming months.

  73.   Our first task is to realize that we are the pioneers in the use of
  74. this new technology. That means we must be the first to stop looking
  75. for paper communication and look to our computers as a quicker, more
  76. effective means of transferring information. In keeping with this,
  77. written downlines and newsletters will no longer be sent out by the
  78. corporate office. Everything will now be on-line. All notices of our
  79. changes and our developments will be "published" on the first of the
  80. month in an on-line newsletter. Downlines are on-line now, updated
  81. every Monday, Wednesday and Friday evening.   Jeff Cohen will be 
  82. changing his on-line message each Friday. When available, start order-
  83. ing your marketing materials on-line. And communicate with the corpor-
  84. ate office via Email. We check our mail regularly.

  87.                 It's Time to Seize This Opportunity
  88.  
  89.   We must also realize that it is time to raise our energy level and
  90. renew our marketing efforts. The corporate office is geared up and
  91. ready to help all associates and subscribers... with any customer
  92. service, vendor or marketing issue. No hints now but new marketing
  93. materials are in development for introduction during the next several
  94. months. And remember, Jeff will fly anywhere if an audience of 100
  95. can be guaranteed.

  98. ahead to a future more fantastic than we ever imagined.
